banners
a banner is different from a header because a banner follows a specific theme. The banner is trying to sum up what the company or website pertains to. The header is more of a logo specific to the company name. Banners dont rely solely on the name there are other elements envolved to making a sucessful banner. There can be information about the company on the banner. Say the website is having a sale and they decide to put that into there banner in order to make it obviously clear that they are having a sale. A banner can also contain a slogan or something of that matter to try a catch your attention with not just color but words.
